[SOLVED] Trial activation fails with "Missing protocol information, can't proceed this request"

When trial version is first installed activation always fails with "Missing protocol information, can't proceed this request" error message.

This is caused by blocked connection to ORM Designer license server (usually by a proxy server). Make sure following url is accessible from your computer:

http://stark.orm-designer.com/

Communication is made through port 80.
